Yalta Conference

September 17, 2011 Leave a comment

Meeting (Feb. 4–11, 1945), at Yalta, Crimea, USSR, of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin. Most of the important decisions made remained secret until the end of World War II for military or political reasons; the complete text of all the agreements was not disclosed until 1947. The Yalta conferees confirmed the policy adopted at the Casablanca Conference of demanding Germany’s unconditional surrender. Plans were made for dividing Germany into four zones of occupation (American, British, French, and Soviet) under a unified control commission in Berlin, for war crimes trials, and for a study of the reparations question. Agreement was also reached on reorganizing the Polish Lublin government (supported by Stalin) “on a broader democratic basis” that would include members of Poland’s London government-in-exile, which the Western Allies had supported. The conferees decided to ask China and France to join them in sponsoring the founding conference of the United Nations to be convened in San Francisco on Apr. 25, 1945; agreement was reached on using the veto system of voting in the projected Security Council. Future meetings of the foreign ministers of the “Big Three” were planned. The USSR secretly agreed to enter the war against Japan within three months of Germany’s surrender and was promised S Sakhalin, the Kuril Islands, and an occupation zone in Korea. The secret agreement respecting the disposal of Japan’s holdings also provided that the port of Dalian (Dairen) should be internationalized, that Port Arthur should be restored to its status before the 1904–5 Russo-Japanese War as a Russian naval base, and that the Manchurian railroads should be under joint Chinese-Soviet administration. China later protested that it was not informed of these decisions concerning its territory and that its sovereignty was infringed. The United States and Great Britain also agreed to recognize the autonomy of Outer Mongolia, and to admit Ukraine and Belorussia (Belarus) to the United Nations as full members. The Yalta agreements were disputed even before the Potsdam Conference later in 1945. The subsequent outbreak of the cold war and Soviet successes in Eastern Europe led to much criticism in the United States of the Yalta Conference and of Roosevelt, who was accused of delivering Eastern Europe to Communist domination.

Yalta Conference: Big Three Meeting

By Credo Reference, on February 4th, 2011

Today’s featured Topic Page is about the Yalta Conference, the second Big Three wartime meeting during World War II. The conference was held on February 4, 1945, and was attended by the heads of government of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union: President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and General Secretary Joseph Stalin. The purpose of the Yalta Conference was to discuss the postwar reorganization of Europe and to develop a plan of action for each country’s involvement in the war. Click here to visit the Yalta Conference Topic Page and read all about what the meeting accomplished or read an excerpt from the page and brief summary of the event below.

Many of the decisions made at the Yalta Conference were kept secret until the conclusion of the war and were only disclosed in the late 1940′s. Some of the decisions that came from the conference were straight-forward: the leaders decided that they would call for Germany to unconditional surrender and agreed to divide the country into four zones (American, British, French, and Soviet) with a unified Berlin. However, there were several controversial concessions made during the Yalta Conference as well. For example:

…The USSR secretly agreed to enter the war against Japan within three months of Germany’s surrender and was promised S Sakhalin, the Kuril Islands, and an occupation zone in Korea. China later protested that it was not informed of these decisions concerning its territory and that its sovereignty was infringed…

The SIPRI Report betwen 2006-2010 shows India as the bigest buyer of war tech and wepons.
The percentage raised up to 9%, while China stays at 6%. The List of active war industry buyers also includs South Coreea with 6% , same level as China and Pakistan with 5%.
Now, the bigest supplyer of war industry are US ,Russia and ofcourse with a well known tradition, Germany.

Acording to SIPRI Experts, Russia keeps its position as a main supplier of military equipment for India, the share of the total transfer towards this country in the last year was 82%.
This situation is gonne change somewhear in a close future, giving that India intends to become also a supplier of wepons.

Follows the example of China who’s already showing itself as a strong manufacturor ,compiting :) Russia in the next years( also its ex bigger supplier).
But still , this countries don’t have a tradition in such an artistic industry as war technology , being limited to reproducing only cheap wepons for Pakistan.
Their main client it’s followed by Egypt and making a brake trough in Africas and South Americas poorest countries.
Beijings real defence budget is unknown, experts say it’s at least double of what the official numbers show.
If Indias next year Defence Budget is estimated to 36 bilion, then China should have about 92 , even if they spend a lot of money on mantaining such reach army of 2,5 mil.
Acording to SIPRI the Geopolitics of arm suppliers map haven’t changed so much on the last decade.
Asia and Oceania are the main buyers betwen 2006-2010 with 43% followed by Europe with 21%,Middle East with 17% , America 12% and Africa 7%.
The list of supplyers stays stable also with US covering 30% of the market, seconded by Russia , Germany 11%, France 7% and UK 4%.
Comparing with 2001-2005 in the last five yeras the transfer of war industry grew up with 24%.

2003 being the year of highlight for Russia having 33% as supplyer of war industry technology market.

Michelle Van Cleave

Who said , that God is not a woman , giving that one of them watched over us , with the highest precision of a surgeon and the wisdom of Friedrich Nietzsche.

Michelle Van Cleave fascinated me , and proves how women are capable to use their intuition and high sence of protection to watch over us.

In the same time, it’s another proof that man are easyly compromised ,if they are not watched by a spy hunter like Michelle.

Strong and sensitive , the perfect balance of a bipolar thinking ,the former Head of Counter Intelligence , develops a new entire concept of Homeland Security who will remain in history.

With a precise direction and a plan of her own to change the world, she graduates USC(University of Southern California) and starts her carier in LA with Horvitz and Greines.

It was time for higher steps ,and Washington , the wright place for it. In 1981 Michelle becomes the Assitant of Congresman Jack kemp (R-NY) for Defence and IR matters.

Feith becomes life and dreams reality ,in 1987 she joins The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSPT) –White House .

A  distiguish  professional was developed till now , time came to show the esence of it , this way

Michelle becomes an adviser for Feith and Zeil in 1993 , offering consultancy services for Los Alamos Laboratory  and  CIA.

From 1997 her course it’s already dedicated directly to  Homeland Security, working as Head of Staff and Chief Advisor for Senate’s Judiciary Subcommitee on Technology ,Terrorism and Goverment Infromation.

Early 2000 starts working at Homeland Security ,Department of Defence .Observing the lack of measures taken  on the ambundance of intelligence gathered  who were thretining US and it’s allies she decides to reset the system.

Homeland security takes a different dimension and reinvents , giving birth to National Security Concepts Inc. Cofounder and President Michelle Van Cleave.

People like Michelle Van Cleave never stop doing their job cause it’s in their blood ,but they can be stoped or taken down by different administrations.

On my opion ,Intelligence and Security should be total independent and untouchable by politics or goverments.

If we would compare of how much achieved A person in her positon and how much achieved a politician , we will arrive to have a shock and see how useless , manipulated and exposed is an elected representative of any government in this world.

Important things are always behind and greater facts are never told , exactly because they need to be donne not just promised.

We can notice very well that Michelle Van Cleave it’s no longer the Head of Counter Intelligence in US , cause a lot of things are going on in there , like more then 2000 russians per year enter the country with permanent visa lottery and the ‘’lack of power ‘’ for losing contact with US strategic defence missiles, muslims are building stuff on Ground Zero .

Now America passed from ‘’those who invaded Iraq’’ to ‘’Obama is a muslim and wants to destroy America’’

Pendolino CRH2, China’s fastest train!

October 27, 2010 5 comments

Every year I take the train for 2000-3000 km in Europe.I’m a fan of traditional railway rides , but I changed my impression about it, whan I got to be a client of ICE DB who has Pendolino ETR500 as a technical support.

It was  a plesent surprise . A vintage view , sundenlly fitts the modern aproach.A confortable train who behaves like a heavy dancer, who performs on a modern stage on Amsterdam.

This year I had a temporary job as  a Editor Coordinator  to a local TV station  and I found myself with a great opportunity (lack of english knowledge on news staff)  of interviewing  Pendolino’s Designer and Builder, two   italians who live and breathe for railway culture.

Why it’s so faimous this train?Well it’s adaptable to every budget and country, in fact when I went to visit the factory , they were exporting in Iraq.

Same quality for everyone cause of it;s  tilting system.Shaping like the sea does on the italian coasts !

This train can ride all the rail types in the world, it does not need a new infrastructure , cause it bends on curves , cpoying the line shape wihtout being obligated to reduce the speed.

China has bought  Pendolino ETR 610 to have the fastest trains in the world, having models costume made with Pini Farina and Giugiaro.Cause if you have something italian and it dosen’t have some fashion in it , than it’s not italian anymore!

I will live you to watch both materials for this speactacular train and what his Designer has to say about it.

I thank Corrado Sperduti Rampini and Di Eid for offering me the opportunity of visiting the factory.

Spy in stand-by

September 18, 2010 2 comments

Stand-by spies residents in Uk are recruited by Russia , China, Israel or Al-Qaeda. Un ex MI5-intellience Officer discovered that all of them are matching the same  ideal social status and profile.

The spies are difficult to be traked cause MI5 dosen’t have a special unit for a founding this type of stand-by subjects. This treath becomes more and more obvious , giving that six of them already tryed to get a job as interpretator for UK’s Intelligence Services.

Spies can spend years in stand-by posing as role-model citizens , being activated anytime for a posible sabotage during war or creating kaos in internal affairs or a country, providing intell from any jobs with key positions .

This type of agents are maintened with minimal costs by their recruitors , offering them less training and using them only for well established missions.

A hurtfull experince for UK is Melita Norwood , secretary for a rare metal industry research company , who xeroxed all the secret files refering to british nuclear discouragemnt, leting Russia to procede quiker in building the atomic bomb.

She activated for 40 years , bulding herself such a secure profile and network of people , being able to recruit sevaral other agents for Russia.

In 1992 Vasili Mitrothin ex KGB decides to run for the West side , blowing up melita’s cover up as a spy .A lot of diffrent type of spies are being formed everyday , I’m wondering why so much technology exists for surveillance , just for the sake of the industry in making money?

Cause it looks that spies are kind of transforming in stuck brokers , speculating here and there ,who makes more money and why, nobody gives a damn about people’s security or forming a  peace alliance, that’s old fashion.

Everything it’s a business! It looks like the entire planet went schizoid and we all want to joy army and defende ourselfs of what I wonder…………fear is a mental trend now.
